Investigate and resolve all data and report inquires/discrepancies.

Develop and prepare clear, concise, and accurate reports and Food & Beverage forms regarding inventory control systems and Food & Beverage operations and all other adhoc reports with a high level of confidentiality.
Obtain necessary approvals before releasing any report with employee names to other departments.
Document steps on the setup of all reports, the parameters, who the report is sent to, and frequency.
Collect and analyze data to maintain all departmental metrics, as well as all general metrics; communication with F&B Management to discuss and develop additional metrics.
Automate metrics and create dashboard for F&B Management to discuss and develop additional metrics.
Maintain all departmental standard operating procedures.
Audit data entered in F&B Systems daily.
Provide Food & Beverage department support with complete confidentiality and discretion.
Other workrelated duties or projects as directed by F&B Management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Dayforce Time Keeping
Bachelor's degree in Food & Beverage Management, Food Industry Management, Hospitality Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

$ $31.00 per hour
