What we need your support for:

Work for people, with people, and by people
Acquisition and expansion of clients, including contract negotiations
Support of clients in all HR and personnel solutions
Personnel consulting and recruitment of specialized and managerial staff in the commercial sector
Creation and publication of job advertisements for recruitment
Recruitment through social media
Direct approach of candidates (active sourcing)
Conducting telephone interviews and job interviews with candidates for optimal personnel selection
Hiring and releasing employees, including all associated labor law and administrative tasks

What sets you apart:

Completed commercial training, preferably as a personnel service specialist or in the field of HR/personnel
Industry experience as a personnel dispatcher or consultant would be ideal
Strong sales affinity with a strong desire for success
A communicative personality who enjoys actively approaching others
Independent and proactive work style
