Your responsibilities:

Together with your team, you ensure a wellmaintained store and a great shopping experience for our customers
Whether it's stocking and presenting merchandise, baking, or operating the cash register, you are fully committed and give your all
You support the store manager by leading shifts, coordinating tasks, and implementing our store concepts
You also handle tasks such as inventory, cleaning, and organizing the stockroom

Your profile:

Experience in retail or a similar industry, with (ideally) some leadership experience, such as shift management
A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for inspiring and motivating others
Fast and efficient work style
Reliability and willingness to work flexible shifts

Your benefits:

Aboveaverage starting wage of €14.00/hour (even without a completed vocational training) plus vacation and Christmas bonuses
Paid overtime based on precise time tracking
Permanent employment contract and 6 weeks of vacation per year
