Role Definition

The Interface Manager will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Implementing interface management processes with project stakeholders
  • Monitoring and managing all interface modifications and evolutions
  • Ensuring adherence to contractual interface management processes, including timelines and information circulation plans
  • Leading and managing any remaining inconsistencies in interface management, ensuring timely resolution
  • Handling technical interface queries and requests for clarification, ensuring prompt resolution and documentation
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for technical interface management with the producer
  • Facilitating effective communication among all project stakeholders
  • Monitoring the delivery of information and deliverables
  • Updating interface milestones in the project schedule and sharing them with all project stakeholders
  • Ensuring proper incorporation and updating of interface data by lot managers in studies, databases, and procedures
  • Leading or contributing to interface meetings with suppliers and producers
  • Obtaining necessary authorizations and permits as required for project activities, liaising with relevant authorities
  • Organizing, chairing, and reporting interface meetings for main interface topics across contracts with all involved packages (e.g. mock-up, test procedures, commissioning F
