Formal requirements
:


  • Only civil servants who meet the civil service and career requirements for the second entry level of career group 2 for the tax administration service and have experience as a head of department in a tax office are eligible for the position.

Professional requirements
:


  • Adequate general expertise in the field of tax law, basic IT knowledge, management of the department using the tools of the "New Berlin Management Model" while considering gender mainstreaming, knowledge of the structure and processes in tax offices, and specific knowledge in the advertised main department.
