Winslow is looking for a central point of contact for solutions in military IT in the dimensions of CIR and Sea at a high level of security, as well as participation in internal contractor sponsorship.

Responsibilities include ensuring the quality of solutions and adherence to agreed upon SLAs with the customer, managing requirements and consulting requests from the Bundeswehr in the area of IT solutions for CIR and Sea, and ensuring the strategic concept and target image for implementation, further development, and operation of solutions, including their integration into BWI standards.

Other duties include coordinating, planning, and commissioning necessary IT services, collaborating with relevant internal departments to strengthen user orientation, participating in internal and external stakeholder management, and leading customer committees.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent education in IT and/or business, at least 4 years of experience in product or solution management for IT solutions, preferably in infrastructure or applications, experience in IT service management and requirements analysis and consulting, knowledge of Bundeswehr leadership structures is desirable, experience with project management methods and planning and conceptual skills, and advanced knowledge in ITIL and IT infrastructure, ideally in the field of critical infrastructure or Bundeswehr.

Excellent analytical and presentation skills, strong communication and teamwork abilities, good organizational and coordination skills, as well as decision-making and assertiveness are also required.
