We are a global leader specializing in the design, manufacture and distribution of functional hardware, office and healthcare ergonomics and storage-related components for original equipment manufacturers, specialty distributors, hardware chains and major home centers.

What Will You Get To Do:

Play a role in the company's hiring and selection process and drive best-in-class practices while working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to attract top talent for our production and distribution teams
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with leaders and other HR team members to create a partnership
Meet with hiring managers prior to your search in order to compile complete detailed intake documents ensuring an understanding of job duties, and job responsibilities.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for the business through proactive sourcing initiatives.
Responsible for endtoend talent acquisition process (source, qualify, interview, assess, extend, and close all offers) under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager

What Will You Bring:

At least 2 years of experience in recruiting and/or Talent Acquisition, previous manufacturing experience is a PLUS
Tech savvy and ability to learn company processes and systems
Selfdriven and the ability to work both independently and contribute to be an effective team member
Ability to work in a fast past/deadlinedriven environment
Wellorganized, outstanding documentation skills, and strong attention to detail
Ability to work well crossfunctionally with multiple hiring managers; provides excellent internal and external customer service
