We are a global leader specializing in the design, manufacture and distribution of functional hardware, office and healthcare ergonomics and storage-related components for original equipment manufacturers, specialty distributors, hardware chains and major home centers.


What Will You Get To Do:

  • Play a role in the company's hiring and selection process and drive best-in-class practices while working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to attract top talent for our production and distribution teams
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with leaders and other HR team members to create a partnership
  • Meet with hiring managers prior to your search in order to compile complete detailed intake documents ensuring an understanding of job duties, and job responsibilities.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for the business through proactive sourcing initiatives.
  • Responsible for endtoend talent acquisition process (source, qualify, interview, assess, extend, and close all offers) under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager

What Will You Bring:


  • At least 2 years of experience in recruiting and/or Talent Acquisition, previous manufacturing experience is a PLUS
  • Tech savvy and ability to learn company processes and systems
  • Selfdriven and the ability to work both independently and contribute to be an effective team member
  • Ability to work in a fast past/deadlinedriven environment
  • Wellorganized, outstanding documentation skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well crossfunctionally with multiple hiring managers; provides excellent internal and external customer service
