Your tasks will include * Creating monthly invoices for debtors * Supporting the customer management team in the quotation and invoicing process * Maintaining master data * Processing monthly payments / verifying pending payments * Internal interface to external accountant * Assisting with organizational tasks in the customer management teams * Supporting internal ERP projects Your profile * You have completed a commercial apprenticeship * You have several years of professional experience * You are proficient in working with ERP systems (preferably ABACUS) and MS Office programs * You are interested in accounting and controlling topics * You have excellent written and spoken German skills * You are service-oriented and flexible * You have a high level of quality awareness and reliability * You are able to work independently and in a team.
