Hello,I am a cyclist at a certain level, but I would like to train more effectively and with dietary guidance to lose some weight. I am 1.84m tall and weigh 79-80kg. I usually aim to reach 78kg. I am 53 years old and have some hip issues, but I manage well on the bike. In the past three years, I have participated in the QH race, and this year I would like to prepare for it better, without any major expectations.
