As a medium-sized group with over 1,600 employees at more than 90 locations, we have multiple trading companies, 6 logistics centers, and over 40 inspiring bathroom showrooms.

Take a first look into the world of Elmer here. We offer a qualified three-year apprenticeship at a branch near your place of residence. You will rotate through various sales departments, central logistics, and location management areas. The apprenticeship is hands-on, and you will take on responsible tasks and work on training projects.

Experienced trainers will guide you throughout the apprenticeship, providing theoretical foundations and everything you need for practical experience and your future career.

Internal training sessions with other apprentices complete the package and give you insights into all departments of the company group.
