The Institute for Analysis and Numerics at the University of Münster is seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Doctoral Research Associate (Wissenschaftliche*r Mitarbeiter*in) at a salary level of E 13 TV-L (75%).

This is a part-time position for a fixed term of three years. The successful candidate will join the research group of Jun. Prof. Dr. Marlies Pirner.

Qualifications:


  • Master's degree in mathematics or a comparable qualification
  • Strong skills in analysis
  • Interest in rigorous mathematical analysis of partial differential equations
  • High level of motivation and enjoyment in scientific work
  • Good English communication skills
