A day in your life:

  • Providing serviceoriented care and advice to guests in our bar, The Curtain Club, and the Tea Lounge
  • Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks, including various types of coffee and tea
  • Recommending our diverse food offerings with corresponding tea and coffee varieties
  • Indepth knowledge of different types of tea and their preparation methods
  • Training our team on our tea selection
  • Preparing daily mise en place
  • Ensuring smooth service operations, cleanliness, and adherence to our Ritz-Carlton standards
  • Complying with hygiene regulations according to HACCP

What we expect from you:

  • Completed vocational training as a restaurant or hotel specialist
  • Indepth expertise in tea and coffee through previous work experience or a Tea Sommelier certificate is advantageous
  • Passionate host
  • Enjoy working in an international team and sharing your knowledge
  • Fluent in German and very good English skills
  • Enthusiasm for advising international guests and creating special moments
  • Wellgroomed appearance
  • Desire for further
