Responsibilities:


Supporting tasks in:


  • Recording, sorting, and selecting customer inquiries in preparation for customer consultations
  • Analyzing orders and maintaining the customer database
  • Assisting with financing applications through various real estate financing platforms
  • Maintaining partnerships with banks and financing platforms, as well as discovering new partnerships and financing products
  • Acting as a liaison between colleagues and external partners in various areas
  • General administrative tasks such as professionally welcoming visitors to the office and managing office supplies.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Excellent customer service, communication skills, and teamwork
  • Strong logical thinking and numerical sensitivity
  • Fluent communication skills in German and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
