Responsibilities:
Supporting tasks in:
- Recording, sorting, and selecting customer inquiries in preparation for customer consultations
- Analyzing orders and maintaining the customer database
- Assisting with financing applications through various real estate financing platforms
- Maintaining partnerships with banks and financing platforms, as well as discovering new partnerships and financing products
- Acting as a liaison between colleagues and external partners in various areas
- General administrative tasks such as professionally welcoming visitors to the office and managing office supplies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Excellent customer service, communication skills, and teamwork
- Strong logical thinking and numerical sensitivity
- Fluent communication skills in German and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
