You are the competent contact for all technical questions regarding our software products for the mechanical engineering, engineering and architecture sectors.


Specifically, this means:


  • Program operation support
  • Program assistance for Autodesk AutoCAD Architecture and Revit
  • Communication with the manufacturer Autodesk to find a solution for program malfunctions
Administrative tasks

  • License procurement
  • Recording of support
  • Sales support
Installation

  • Environment customization of installed Autodesk products
  • Installation support and troubleshooting
  • Installation followup support
What sets you apart

You have completed training in IT technology or have completed training in mechanical engineering/architecture with a strong PC affinity. You are a team player and maintain a friendly approach to customers and colleagues.


Ideally, you bring the following with you:

  • Good comprehension and analytical understanding
  • Teamwork skills
  • Friendliness in customer interaction

  • General PC knowledge of hardware and software
