'Natsu Foods is a food production company located in Neuss near Düsseldorf. We deliver our ultra-fresh convenience products nationwide to supermarkets in Germany and to many customers in neighboring countries. Perhaps you have already seen our products, such as sushi, wraps, and salads, in the supermarket or one of our many refrigerated vehicles on the road.

To support our warehouse logistics team, we are currently looking for a Shift Leader (m/f/d) for our warehouse logistics department in Wren, OH.

Your responsibilities will include:

Organizing and monitoring processes in the entire department, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency
Managing daily computer operations in the ERP system and ensuring proper documentation
Determining departmental key figures (quantities, personnel deployment) to steer departmental efficiency and implementing corrective measures with a focus on daily operations
Managing, monitoring, and optimizing KPIs in the department (productivity, utilization rate, waste)
Organizing and conducting inventory checks
Checking machines and equipment for proper functioning and initiating corrective measures if necessary
Monitoring, leading, and training subordinate employees

Your leadership tasks will include:

Providing professional guidance to subordinate employees
Promoting and monitoring employee performance
Ensuring compliance with company secrets and data within the department

What we are looking for:

Completed vocational training, ideally with professional and leadership experience in a similar position/industry
Proficient in MS Office software
Willingness to work in
