Your new tasks

  • Primary contact for all questions from trainees
  • Professional guidance and supervision of trainees
  • Conducting pre-, interim- and post-discussions with trainees and creating a qualified performance assessment after each assignment
  • Supporting trainees in developing an independent work style and promoting effective collaboration

Your qualifications

  • Completed training as a certified nursing professional
  • Professional experience and extensive and well-founded expertise
  • Further training as a practical instructor according to the "Law on Nursing Professions" (PflBG)
  • Willingness and interest in the professional development of our trainees
