About the Role:
Under limited supervision, the Real Estate Services Administrator provides administrative support for the Real Estate Management Team and assists with tenant and/or vendor customer service. Take on this exciting onsite opportunity in the heart of Manhattan, NY, USA!
Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks for assigned staff, including phone support, correspondence, expense reporting, calendar management, meeting coordination, and filing.
- Maintain tenant, vendor, and property files according to prescribed standards.
- Work with Building Technician staff and vendors to compile maintenance item requests and monitor work status.
- Coordinate tenant events, appreciation, and assist with publication and distribution of tenant newsletters.
- Assist with budget preparation, researching costs, obtaining bids, and preparing management reports.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, code invoices for payment, and input data into the accounting system.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of three years of related experience.
- Ability to comprehend instructions, write reports, and effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
- Basic financial knowledge and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to follow instructions.
