RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies, taking into account market and demand developments
  • Managing and leading the purchasing team in Germany, as well as providing technical guidance to employees abroad
  • Maintaining relationships with strategic suppliers, ensuring collaborative solutions and negotiating important supply contracts
  • Identifying cost optimization measures and monitoring purchasing performance and results
  • Enhancing risk management in raw material procurement and managing sustainability and certification requirements in collaboration with other departments
