The Office of Social Services has its own legal department that represents the legal interests of the office in various performance-related matters.

Are you interested in supporting the legal department of the office and have a passion for legal evaluations? Then you are the right person for the focus of work on procedural costs in appeal proceedings.

Your tasks include:

  • Examination of procedural costs
  • Processing of standard fees
  • Payment processing
  • Participation in the creation of work aids and other guidelines for the employees of the office
  • Support in intermunicipal committee work, for example, research for the preparation of statements for the city council
  • Regular exchange with the departments of the office

Your profile:

  • Administrative assistant or qualification for career group 1, 2nd entry level of the general administrative service or administrative specialist or qualification for career group 2, 1st entry level of the general administrative service or diploma in law or comparable qualification
  • Confident and assertive demeanor with determination, responsibility, and willingness to perform
  • Negotiation skills
