Monitoring of central phone and video back office systems
Performing configuration work on central components in the area of phone/video applications
Planning, processing, and coordinating changes within the central collaboration solution
Continuous maintenance and development of technical documentation
Analysis and troubleshooting of internal solution disruptions
Occasional on-call duty and standby availability
Successfully completed education or degree in the IT field, with at least 2 years of professional experience in the field of VoIP
In-depth knowledge of Cisco VoIP networks, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco video and conference systems, VMS (Unity), and experience in their administration
Ideally, a CCNA or CCNP Collaboration certification
Strong analytical skills, high willingness to learn, and a service-oriented approach with the ability to work in a team
Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken, and a solid understanding of the English language
