Join our customer service team in our office at Hamburg-Harburger Binnenhafen, Haigler, NE We are currently looking for a customer service representative (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible for 30-40 hours per week.

Your responsibilities:

  • Providing customer support via email, phone, live chat, and WhatsApp during our service hours from 9am6pm (shift system with occasional shifts until 6pm)
  • Curating and assembling our VIB boxes
  • Processing exchanges and handling complaints
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience while keeping an eye on key performance indicators

Your profile:

  • You enjoy working in customer service and have ideally gained some experience in B2C customer service, call centers, sales, retail, or similar fields (office experience is desired)
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
  • Good knowledge of English is a plus
  • You are flexible with your working hours, location, and tasks
  • You are reliable, responsible, communicative, friendly, and able to handle stress
  • You approach challenges proactively and work quickly and accurately
  • You have a strong team spirit and are highly committed (e.g. for assistance in our logistics center in Winsen/Luhe)
