YOUR main tasks

The mandates primarily come from national and international mediumsized businesses. Exciting, sometimes complex projects in the field of intellectual property protection make the work varied and interesting. It involves...

- ... protecting trademarks, geographical indications, designs, patents, utility models, etc.
- ... copyrights and the registration of protective rights
- ... drafting contracts related to licenses, research and development, etc.
- ... representing clients in court

WHAT YOU bring to the table

You have completed one of your exams with a grade of at least "satisfactory." We also welcome applications from entrylevel or reentry candidates.
A PhD would be nice, but it is not a requirement. However, good English skills, possibly with an LL.M. degree from an Englishspeaking country, are necessary.
