Sales Manager for Construction and Handling Machinery in Almedia, PA and Ansbach
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training or degree
- Fulltime
- Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales activities for construction and handling machinery in the sales regions of the Almedia and Ansbach branches
- Develop sales strategies, market and competition analysis for this area
- Create sales and revenue plans for both branches
- Lead and supervise sales representatives assigned to these locations
- Manage selected customers
- Ensure compliance with sales processes and continuously improve and develop them
- Train, coach, and motivate employees
- Report to management
Qualifications:
- Completed technical or commercial education
- Several years of experience in sales, preferably in field sales
- Industry knowledge is desirable
- Proficient in using computer applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel
- Independent and salesoriented work style
- Teamwork and reliability
