Responsibilities:
Our team in Wennigsen is looking for you as a

Telephone Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

(Full-time or part-time permanent position)

Our telephone customer service is an important interface to our members and potential customers - often the first contact - and the face of our studios.

You represent us externally and offer competent advice to our customers on all questions regarding membership. You handle complaints and schedule appointments for things like personal training or class bookings. Providing solution-oriented customer service is your top priority.

Qualifications:
You enjoy telephone customer service and remain friendly, helpful, and cheerful even in difficult situations. You are an open, positive, and communicative person and are able to positively influence callers. Experience in customer service would be nice, but
