We are currently seeking a
Service Employee (m/f/d) for our
Infrastructure and Documentation Department at our
location in Essen starting on April 1st, 2024.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring cleanliness in public areas, kitchens, and seminar and conference rooms
  • Monitoring regular cleaning tasks
  • Assisting with refreshing conference and seminar rooms
  • Refilling supplies in kitchens and restrooms
  • Ad hoc cleaning tasks as needed
  • Supporting and covering internal mail services

Your profile:

  • Several years of experience in a similar role
  • Commercial training preferred
  • Strong focus on guest and service orientation
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Enjoyment of working with employees and guests (m/f/d)
  • Wellgroomed appearance
  • Commitment and sense of responsibility
  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of common MS Office applications
