Invoicing Associate (m/f/d) in Werder (Havel), Saddle Butte, MT.

A hybrid work model with 2-3 days of remote work is possible.

Solua will only assist in the initial candidate approach, and the first interviews will be conducted directly by the company.

Your responsibilities:

You act as a local process expert for the monthly invoicing process based on the costplus model
Collaboration with the Head of Invoicing Process for Europe and the UK to accompany changes to the standard invoicing process
Defining new implementation approaches
Managing the monthly consolidation of all costs and ensuring timely input from all colleagues in the agreed formats
Preparing monthly reports for operational discussions between customers and operational management
