The basic training takes place at the "Talentschmiede" in Schiltach and the practical training at the following Hansgrohe locations: Offenburg, Schiltach.

Duration and remuneration of the apprenticeship

The apprenticeship lasts 3.5 years.

Just like all other employees, apprentices are remunerated according to the current collective agreement for the metal and electrical industry.
