Responsibilities:
  • Brief Chief(s) on important communications
  • Prepare briefing materials for meetings
  • Organize meetings
  • Handle inquiries and complaints
  • Develop and maintain administrative systems
  • Act as a liaison to the Board of Directors
  • Assist with correspondence
  • Maintain organization's important relationships database
  • Participate in special projects
  • Keep leadership informed of any issues
  • Stay updated on administrative trends

Requirements:
  • 5 years of related experience
  • Ability to compose business correspondence
  • Confidentiality and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
