Equal Opportunities Officer

EG 10 TVÖD (VKA), up to 39 hours/week, permanent, location Bad Belzig, staff department of the district administrator, Office for Equal Opportunities, Diversity and Seniors

Your responsibilities

Promotion and monitoring of the implementation of the legal mandate for equal opportunities in the district administration to realize the fundamental right of equal rights for women and men, as well as advising and supporting the employees of the district administration

Organization, coordination and moderation of regular specific working groups/networks on equal opportunities policy topics for the district (e.g. working group "Combating violence against women and girls in the Potsdam-Mittelmark district")

Planning and implementation of actions/exhibitions/conferences and other events on equal opportunities policy topics in the district

Participation in meetings of the district council and committees (exercising the right to speak)
