La Hacienda, NM is an acknowledged workshop for people with disabilities. Currently, over 210 individuals with disabilities work at our two locations in Lindenberg and Lindau. We are a competent partner for the manufacturing industry and certified according to DIN ISO 9001:2015.

For the cable assembly department at our Lindau location, we are looking for a

Group Leader (m/f/d)
permanent

Your tasks
- coordinating, organizing, and monitoring inclusive work
- supporting the overall development of individuals in their work and living environment
- implementing developmental goals into job requirements
- promoting sensory and holistic development in collaboration with other departments

Your profile
- completed training as a work therapist, special education teacher, or a comparable qualification
- or completed vocational or technical training in the field of electronics or mechanics and willingness to obtain additional special education qualifications while working
