Our client is an international asset and investment manager of high-quality, mixed-use commercial properties. The investment strategy focuses on sustainable and long-term acquisition, development, and management of the portfolio in prime 1A locations. Currently, the volume comprises approximately 1 million square meters of assets under management.

Currently, we are looking for an experienced and competent Technical Property Manager (m/f/d) for Munich on behalf of our client. In addition to a diverse, challenging, and exciting role, you can expect an attractive salary package and various benefits.

The responsibilities:

Operational management of high-quality core commercial properties in Munich, including office and retail properties

Identification and implementation of optimization potential in operational processes and supply contracts (electricity, water, gas, heat, waste)

Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and tax requirements

Management and monitoring of facility management service providers in Munich

Planning, budgeting, and management of maintenance measures for commercial properties

Supporting the asset management team in improvement projects and developments

Liaison between internal property management and tenants, maintaining excellent internal and external communication for long-term tenant relationships

Collaboration with asset management regarding leasing, tenant development, and strategic measures in the real estate portfolio
