Description

This position requires a strong understanding of IT, such as a degree in computer science specializing in system integration or a technical degree. Previous professional experience is preferred.

Your responsibilities:

Installing, configuring, and delivering highly available server systems and peripherals
Creating and maintaining IT systems and network infrastructure
Preparing and conducting acceptance tests in-house or at customer sites
Providing system training for users and administrators
Handling complaints and providing on-call services (24/7 hotline)
Performing remote or on-site system maintenance (service deployments)

As for soft skills, we expect independent and reliable work with attention to detail, as well as teamwork and proficiency in both German and English.
