SCOPE OF POSITION
The primary responsibility of this high-energy, fast-paced position of Petroleum Field Maintenance is to oversee and manage the daily operations of the Company's maintenance team as well as lead the Department to align with its vision for growth.
This position will be responsible for coordinating communication between multiple departments, troubleshooting problems as they arise and leading/building a team to achieve company goals.
The position includes monitoring industry regulatory and compliance changes and updating senior management as needed.POSITION DUTIES:
- Responsible for managing maintenance dept. functions to company expectations as well as maintenance technicians in all markets.
- Forecast, schedule and dispatch the operations of maintenance technicians.
- Develop and maintain maintenance technicians' work schedules based on workload demands.
- Conduct performance reviews and ongoing training of maintenance technicians.
- Responsible for new maintenance technician training.
- Oversee general maintenance and repair of owners buildings.
- Manage maintenance requests and billing of maintenance tickets.
- Schedule and manage vendors for outsourced maintenance repairs.
- Assist with installation of equipment (tanks, pumps, monitoring equipment, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and repair issues with customer tanks, pumps, equipment and monitoring systems.
- Oversee preventative maintenance requests of all assets including light fleet.
- Assist in onsite troubleshooting as needed and oversee the troubleshooting, repair and restoration of card sites, fueling stations, fleet vehicles, etc.
- Advise and assist with spills and contamination incidents as needed.

Qualifications Fuel Maintenance:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years maintenance management experience, college degree or equivalent experience and education
- Minimum 2 years managing a team of 5 associates or more.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical.
- Superior communicator and relationship builder across all levels of management
- Available nights and weekends to problemsolve realtime maintenance disruptions
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, able to effectively use spreadsheets for management reporting and analysis
