We are looking for a contractor to perform the following renovations in a property located in Bellevue, NE:

Removal of partitions (15 linear meters) and debris removal.
Tiling with large tiles (approximately 100x50 cm):
Bathroom flooring (4 square meters) plus shower tray.
Bathroom walls (20 square meters).
Kitchen walls (10 square meters).
Floating parquet flooring (imitation oak):
50 square meters of planks.
50 linear meters of baseboards.
Installation of 3 white aluminum windows:
Kitchen window: 108 cm wide x 140 cm high.
Living room window: 180 cm wide x 180 cm high.
Balcony window: 135 cm wide x 280 cm high.
Complete heating and plumbing system:
Basic boiler.
1 standard towel radiator next to bathroom window.
5 standard radiators under windows with 10 elements.
Pipes, valves, shutoff valves, etc.
Complete electrical system:
Electrical panel.
10 double mechanism blocks, with 30 light bulbs.
4 doors:
2 swing doors (82 cm) lacquered in white. One opens to the left and the other to the right.
1 builtin door (72 cm), lacquered in white.
1 reinforced entrance door (82 cm) lacquered in white on the inside. Opens to the right.
