We are a small institution located in the beautiful Alstertal area. We care for a total of 67 children, from the nursery to the elementary level and the bridging year. Our main goal is to promote independence, self-confidence, and social skills in all situations.

Responsibilities:
\* Minimum of 32 hours/week, full-time also possible

\* Supporting children's developmental processes

\* Working on projects

\* Collaborating with children and parents in a participatory manner

\* Providing loving support and care for the children

\* Planning daily activities and designing educational offerings in accordance with the Hamburg education recommendations

Qualifications:

\ Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification

\* Team orientation, openness, and commitment

\* Enjoyment of independent work and close collaboration with the team and parents

\* An empathetic and appreciative attitude towards children, parents, and colleagues
