In the region between Harz and Heide, the AWO offers social services in over 130 facilities in the areas of senior care, youth and educational support, labor market projects, family and education, and health and psychosocial support.

The AWO employs approximately 3,900 people in the Braunschweig district association and its subsidiaries.

The Social Psychiatric Center Braunschweig is currently seeking a Housekeeping Support Staff (m/f/d) for a 30-hour/week position.


Job Description:


Supporting 45 chronically mentally ill individuals in their daily lives in a residential setting


Specifically:


  • Implementation of the support concept
  • Housekeeping assistance with cleaning, nutrition
  • Support with room design
  • Coordination of housekeeping services
  • Creating a positive living environment
  • Monitoring hygiene standards

Requirements:


  • Housekeeping training with several years of experience
  • Qualification as a hygiene officer
  • Computer skills
  • Driver's license
