CTBI Trading GmbH is seeking a proactive Salesperson to join our team at the Allike Store in Hamburg, Germany.

You will report directly to the Store Manager and should have a friendly and open-minded attitude while providing an exceptional customer experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Delivering and maintaining excellent customer service at all times
  • Maintaining the store's visual identity through merchandising and restocking inventory
  • Excellent product and brand knowledge
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure daily goals are met
  • Successfully operating the cash register
  • Acting as a brand ambassador

Qualifications:

  • Ideally, previous retail experience
  • Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service in a similar retail environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Selfmotivated and driven
  • Computer skills and knowledge of cash register systems
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problemsolving skills
  • Flexibility with work hours
