Customer Service Outbound (m/f/d) in part-time or full-time:


My responsibilities:


  • You will be making phone calls to IT decisionmakers in larger organizations (e.g. hospitals, authorities, and large law firms)
  • You will receive "warm" leads from various marketing activities for followup and also conduct cold calling
  • In the phone conversation, you will identify customer potential and schedule qualified appointments for the field sales colleagues
  • You will reliably record all insights in the CRM

My qualifications:


  • You find it easy to recognize customer needs and argue in a customeroriented manner
  • You enjoy working independently and successoriented
  • You have already gained experience in B2B sales (preferably outbound in a call center)
  • You have no reservations about IT topics and are techsavvy
  • You have excellent communication skills to communicate with doctors, lawyers, and authorities
