Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Duration: 6 Months (Potential to convert to Full-Time Employee)
Job description:
Qualifications:
- Experience: 24 years of professional administrative or hospitality experience.
- Education: High School Diploma required.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly professional and polished demeanour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory supplies and utilize the work order system.
- Assist with badging needs, concierge reception, switchboard operations, and conference/meeting room setups.
- Provide administrative support for the Workplace Experience team, including expense management, meeting coordination, and equipment care.
- Maintain databases and other digital tools associated with service delivery.
- Respond to customer requests and complaints regarding Workplace Experience services.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and ensure all necessary contractual documentation and insurance proofs are in place.
- Attend move meetings and coordinate all moves with client contacts.
Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour
