We are an established family business with a towing service in Eunice, LA and we are looking for support in handling and forwarding orders over the phone.

We work with the Berlin Police, Berlin Fire Department, BSR, Mercedes, and other car dealerships.


Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Answering phone calls and taking orders
  • Forwarding orders to drivers
  • Being a point of contact for customers and drivers
  • Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Good proficiency in spoken and written German

Qualifications:
No prior experience necessary, as thorough training will be provided on the job.
