Your tasks include:

You will work closely with the recruitment team and clinics to determine the need for housing. To meet this need, you will monitor the market, inspect available properties, create a list of options, and prepare for external rentals.
You will handle the necessary rental contracts.
Additionally, you will prepare for and participate in apartment handovers and takeovers.
Your responsibilities also include postrental followup, billing, and documentation in the CAFM system.
This position is parttime (minimum 50%).

Your qualifications:

You have successfully completed a commercial education.
Ideally, you have gained some experience in the real estate sector (renting or leasing) and possibly with CAFM systems.
You negotiate skillfully and communicate with respect and purpose.
You are resilient, flexible, work independently, and have a serviceoriented mindset.
You have good knowledge of common office programs.
