Your tasks include:


  • You will work closely with the recruitment team and clinics to determine the need for housing. To meet this need, you will monitor the market, inspect available properties, create a list of options, and prepare for external rentals.
  • You will handle the necessary rental contracts.
  • Additionally, you will prepare for and participate in apartment handovers and takeovers.
  • Your responsibilities also include postrental followup, billing, and documentation in the CAFM system.
  • This position is parttime (minimum 50%).

Your qualifications:


  • You have successfully completed a commercial education.
  • Ideally, you have gained some experience in the real estate sector (renting or leasing) and possibly with CAFM systems.
  • You negotiate skillfully and communicate with respect and purpose.
  • You are resilient, flexible, work independently, and have a serviceoriented mindset.
  • You have good knowledge of common office programs.
