Student Assistant in the field of personnel recruitment (m/f/diverse)
in Hamburg


Your tasks:

As a student assistant, you will support our personnel recruitment department with the following tasks (m/f/diverse):

  • Assisting with filling positions and sales support
  • Offering suitable candidates in the tools of our clients (AIRBUS, Lufthansa, etc.) (m/f/diverse)
  • Recording the skills and qualifications of applicants
  • Corresponding with applicants and clients via phone and email
  • Preparing candidate profiles
  • Continuously improving our databases
  • Coordinating appointments and assisting with administrative tasks

Ideally, you bring the following qualifications:

  • Enrolled students, preferably in the fields of business administration, human resource management, or personnel management (m/f/diverse)
  • Interest in and preferably experience in aviation and personnel services
  • Teamwork, quick comprehension, and good organizational skills
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Good computer skills, especially in web applications
  • Flexible availability for approximately 20 hours per week
