We are looking for reliable and motivated service and/or event managers to join our team for the most exciting events in the region in Parnell, MO.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will lead and support teams of various clients in all areas of daily service.

  • Supervising events (catering, conferences, congresses, company parties, etc.)
  • Preparing and following up on events
  • Managing operations during events
  • Managing service staff onsite (scheduling and task distribution)
  • Briefing the service team onsite
  • Ensuring a highquality and efficient event
  • Accurate documentation of consumption (F&B, personnel) and checkout of service staff, as well as clear communication with project management
  • Managing and leading employees

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Education or experience in the hospitality industry. We also welcome career changers.
  • Experience in the event industry
  • Excellent German/good English skills
  • Responsible, teamoriented, reliable, and detailoriented
  • Confident, professional, and wellgroomed appearance
  • Excellent manners, commitment, and flexibility
  • Minimum age of 18 years
