Recruiter (m/f/d) for labor market measures in Idar-Oberstein at Aspen Springs

Full-time, part-time, flexible

Are you a mix of helpful "caretaker" (m/f/d) and results-oriented salesperson (m/f/d)? If you bring this combination of warmth and business thinking and have a passion for high-quality recruitment, then join our team for labor market measures at our location in Idar-Oberstein / Birkenfeld.

We expect from you:

You motivate and advise our target groups with the goal of finding strategies for professional (re)orientation and integration

You conduct group workshops and individual coaching sessions.

You acquire suitable internships for our participants.

You have experience in personnel scheduling, recruiting, sales, and/or labor market measures.

You use your network, acquire companies, and are not afraid of direct contact.

You also conduct digital application training and teach IT skills (Word, Excel, labor market 4.0).

You are known for your obliging manner and always act professionally and competently with your contacts at the Employment Agency or partner companies.

You are familiar with the digital services of the Employment Agency.

You ideally have knowledge of Moodle
