For the management of our commercial department, we are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Longtown, OK on a full-time basis.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will lead and coordinate our company's commercial department, including accounting, controlling, human resources, and IT.
  • You will be part of our management team and play a key role in the company's development.
  • Together with your team, you will be responsible for timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
  • You will create financial plans and ensure the company's liquidity.
  • You will collaborate with tax advisors, auditors, and public authorities.
  • You will assess the risks of customer orders within the framework of credit insurance.
  • You will support contract and insurance management.

Your profile:

  • Degree in business administration or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience as a Commercial Manager or in a senior commercial role is desirable.
  • Indepth knowledge of finance, accounting, and controlling.
  • Familiarity with commercial and tax legislation.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
  • Strong communication skills, teamoriented, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead, develop, and motivate employees.
  • Good written and spoken English skills.
