The Joint, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Interagency Division (JOID) provides expert support services to a range of customers spanning across the Department of Defense, Federal Civilian, and international markets.

JOID provides a diverse portfolio of analytical and programmatic capabilities to help our customers make informed decisions on their most challenging issues.

The Industry and Security Analysis Group (ISAG) provides analytical and consulting to promote, grow, and protect the U.S. industrial base by delivering critical decision support to national security leaders.

Our team informs policy decisions, enables execution of comprehensive strategies, and monitors and reports on the effectiveness of policy implementation to support the U.S.

Government's priorities of ensuring a resilient industrial base for strengthening national security.


SPA has a near-term need for a Microelectronics Management Analyst for full-time, onsite support at the Pentagon or the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA.


Responsibilities:


Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:


  • 8+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • JCIDS experience working with the DoD acquisition and requirements process military requirement process
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)

Desired Qualifications:


  • DAWIA Level II or higher certification(s)
  • 6+ years of experience with a Master's Degree
  • Technical expertise in microelectronics industry capabilities and/or manufacturing
  • Corporate knowledge and background on national defense industrial base (DIB) and policy issues
  • Experience involving trade and export control policies
  • Understanding of Supply Chain Risk Management
