Our IT service team is expanding. We support many large and small organizations in operating their time management processes. For this, we rely on the latest technologies and a strong team that is looking for a Technical Consultant (m/f/d) at our locations in Nuremberg or Ilmenau.

Your tasks:

You are responsible for the technical support of our diverse customers in the DACH region and Benelux
You analyze customer requirements and develop solutions
You support our customers as well as the internal infrastructure on our cloud platform and take care of complex support cases based on Microsoft technologies
You continuously participate in the planning and implementation of complex IT projects
You support in the conception, commissioning and documentation of new technologies

Your profile:

A completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration, IT system technician, IT service technician or a comparable qualification
Solid experience in handling Microsoft server and
