Your tasks:

Maintenance of the quality management system for the distribution of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and dietary supplements for the Germany & Austria region

Support for quality oversight

Evaluation of quality-relevant parameters

Participation in continuous process improvement (quality management processes)

Updating SOPs

Review of incoming goods documents

Review of qualification of suppliers, customers, and logistics service providers

Review within the scope of resuming sales inventory

Support for audits & regulatory inspections

Participation in projects

Training of employees

Your profile:

Completed natural science degree or comparable technical education with corresponding years of practical experience in the pharmaceutical industry

Professional experience in the field of pharmaceutical distribution and quality assurance

Previous knowledge of applicable regulations (EU GDP Guideline, MDR, AMHandelsV) is advantageous

Strong process analytical and quality-oriented thinking

High sense of responsibility, coupled with strong self-motivation

Strong communication skills, high team orientation, and cross-functional thinking

Very good English skills in spoken and written form, as well as excellent PC application knowledge
