Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Billing Administrator.

As a Billing Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing processes, maintaining financial records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

Manage Daily Driver Logs
Prepare and process invoices for customers
Address Changes / Purchase Orders / Credit Approvals
Work Order & Inventory Maintenance
Commission Coding
Review and verify billing data and resolve any discrepancies
Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of billing records
Assist with the collection of outstanding payments
Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues and improve processes
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns

Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly
Experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred
Familiarity with phone etiquette is a plus

**Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour
