For the EUROGATE Container Terminal at the BREMERHAVEN location, we are currently seeking several employees in the Container Freight Station department for the next possible starting date, initially for a period of 2 years, in Woodson, IL.


Your responsibilities:

  • As a warehouse employee, securing goods in containers for transport is part of your daily tasks
  • You will assist in handling goods weighing up to 45 tons using various tools
  • As an employee in cargo handling, you will pick goods using scanners, handheld devices, or similar equipment
  • You will also conduct inventory checks and quality assurance measures
  • You will carefully handle the loading and unloading of goods and complete the necessary formalities

Your profile:

  • Ideally, you have gained some experience in the warehouse sector
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory
  • You have a quick grasp, a sense of responsibility, and work independently and in a structured manner
  • You are interested in obtaining a forklift license
  • Manual dexterity, physical fitness, and good knowledge of German round off your profile
